'Birch Trees' king size
A ground floor room, which is set completely away from all the other guest rooms down a private hallway. As of November 2022, this room has new designer 'Voyage Maison' pheasant wallpaper, convenient bedside USB plug points, dimmable spotlights and mini fridge.
This room has a large luxury ensuite bathroom with walk-in rainfall shower and separate bath. It has a king size bed, oak furnishings and views across the front garden. It's peaceful and private.

'Wood View' super king
A large ensuite super king room situated on the 1st floor. As the name suggests this room has far reaching views over field & woodland.
The room has oak woodwork, carpet, soundproof wall, convenient bedside USB plug sockets a desk and seating area and a mini fridge. In October 2021 a new luxury ensuite shower room has been installed with large walk-in shower, pebble flooring and chic grey tiles & chrome fittings.

'Honey Bees' super king
A very large ensuite super king room situated on the 1st floor. This room has under gone significant refurbishment, which was completed in July 2023.
It boasts a 'Hotel Ambassador 5000 pocket sprung bed' with plush velvet headboard, deep pile carpet, oak skirting and furniture, convenient bedside USB points, a velvet sofa and mini fridge. The bathroom is light and airy with a new sky light, deep bath tub and separate walk in shower.

The Little Stable- deluxe king size cabin
Unique accommodation in a former stable and tack room. Situated 30m from the main farmhouse, The Little Stable has its own private parking and entrance.
It has a living area with plush velvet sofa, a kitchenette with designer copper sink, hand painted Talavera tiles, hob, microwave and mini fridge freezer. French doors open up on to an extensive outdoor seating area and grass meadow, which is framed on one side by a majestic oak tree.
To the rear of the property is a built- in Scandinavian style cabin bed which you access from the front only. This boasts a luxury pocket sprung kingsize mattress, cashmere headboard and convenient USB bedside plug sockets. Adjacent to the bed is a modern shower room. It has central heating and excellent WiFi.

The Snug - single
As the name suggests this is a small room. It's situated on the 1st floor. It's well- appointed with an en-suite shower.
Like the other rooms it has a luxury pocket sprung mattress on a small double bed, oak furniture, small desk, chair and flatscreen TV.
This room is only 10 square metres, it has a low beam that runs the full length of the room. It's bright with a sky light but has no views. Its ideal for a budget friendly stay.
There is a minimum two night stay.
