Eat, visit, see and do!

Northamptonshire is aptly named the county of 'Spires and Squires' as it was said you couldn't walk more than a mile before coming across a stately home or church. In between the great estates you will find picturesque market towns, villages comprised of limestone or ironstone cottages topped with speckled Collyweston slate or thatched rooves and the meandering river Nene. Due to its central location Northamptonshire is also bordered by Lincolnshire, Cambridgeshire, Bedfordshire, Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Warwickshire, Leicestershire and Rutland... so popping across to the neighbours is also a must!

Laundimer House is situated in north east Northamptonshire which has a wide array of events and attractions for you to visit and enjoy.

Places of Interest

We highly recommend a visit to the pretty and historic market town of Oundle, Deene House & Park, Boughton House, Rockingham Castle, Kirby Hall, Lyveden New Bield and the Welland Valley Viaduct near Harringworth, which are all within 7 miles.
